AI sites & GPU compute

Power is the start. Check what else is ready. Tell us your location, capacity and timing. We will start with the options that fit.

START WITH THE BASICS

Land & power

Check land terms, available MW, grid connection and energization date.

AI readiness

Check fiber routes, cooling, water, planning permissions and what remains to build.

GPU compute

Match GPU type, quantity, network, region, delivery date and reservation terms.

Discuss your requirement ↗

Power alone does not make a site AI ready.

Start with available and future MW, then verify utility delivery, fiber routes, cooling and water strategy, land rights, permits, building schedule and the intended rack density. GPU compute requests need a separate specification for accelerator type, network, region, term and service level.

The public map is a starting point. Capacity, ownership, pricing and delivery claims are reconfirmed directly before commercial decisions.

Site buyer or compute buyer?

For a site: state critical IT load, utility capacity, rack density, fiber and cooling needs. For compute: state accelerator, quantity, region, network and term.

From screening to a scoped proposal

We identify missing information before an introduction. Engineering certification, construction commitments and reserved compute require explicit provider terms.

CryptoLeaks helps scope and compare opportunities. Public listings do not imply ownership, guaranteed availability or an engineering certification.
